The signed statement of work or service agreement for a project takes priority over this general website information.

1. Services

ClawBridge Solutions provides OpenClaw installation, configuration, workflow design, integration guidance, training and support as agreed in writing. Hardware, third-party subscriptions and work outside scope may be quoted separately.

2. Pricing

Website reference prices are in Australian dollars: Basic OpenClaw Installation $399 one-off, Customised OpenClaw Installation $599 one-off, and Ongoing Maintenance & Support $199/month by default for installations. Final scope, tax treatment, hardware and payment timing should be confirmed in the applicable quote or agreement.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely access to approved systems or hardware.
  • Maintain authority to use the software, accounts, data and integrations supplied to ClawBridge.
  • Review outputs and retain appropriate human oversight for important decisions.
  • Keep credentials secure and do not place secrets in public forms or unsecured documents.

4. Third-party services

OpenClaw may connect to hosted models, messaging tools, email, calendars, backups or other third-party providers. Those services have their own availability, terms, pricing and privacy practices. ClawBridge cannot guarantee the performance or policy of an independent provider.

5. AI limitations

AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. They should be checked before being relied upon, especially for legal, financial, health, employment, safety or other high-impact matters.

6. Support

Ongoing Maintenance & Support covers the items agreed for the relevant installation. Additional work, new integrations, hardware changes and material scope changes may be quoted separately.

7. Guarantees and liability

Any guarantee, refund, limitation or liability position must be set out in the signed client agreement. Nothing on this website is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.
